  • Description

Chinese Red Tea originates from Fengqing County, Lincang City, Yunnan Province, and is also regarded as the pinnacle variety among Dianhong (Yunnan black teas). This area features high altitudes and low latitudes, home to high-mountain ecological tea gardens. It enjoys a mild climate with no severe cold in winter and no intense heat in summer, where the four seasons are like spring and accompanied by frequent mist. Coupled with its well-structured soil, deep soil layers, and rich organic matter, it provides a solid foundation for tea tree growth.

Chinese Red Tea has dark and glossy dry leaves, with coarse strips and golden yellow tips, presenting an overall appearance that is plain yet luminous. When brewed, the tea liquor exhibits a bright red hue, clear and translucent, providing a visual delight. Upon tasting, it offers a mellow and sweet flavor, smooth upon entry, without bitterness or slight astringency. Its aroma is intense, dominated by floral and fruity notes, especially a blend of orchid fragrance, floral and fruity aroma, cassia bark fragrance, and other fragrances, combining the freshness of small-leaf tea with the full-bodied taste of large-leaf tea. During brewing, the aroma spreads all around, captivating those nearby. Additionally, it is rich in beneficial components such as tea polyphenols and caffeine, possessing various health benefits including refreshing the mind, aiding digestion, stimulating saliva production, and clearing heat.
