Yunhang No. 10 is a new tea variety developed through single-plant breeding from the population of tea plants in Nannuo Mountain, Menghai County.
It is cultivated in tea-growing regions in southwestern and southern China where the absolute minimum temperature does not drop below -5°C. These areas feature moderate altitudes, long annual sunshine hours, abundant rainfall, suitable temperatures, and extended frost-free periods.
Yunhang No. 10 is characterized by its yellow-green leaves, which are thick, soft, and covered with fine hairs. The tea offers a rich, refreshing, and smooth taste, with a mellow and non-bitter profile accompanied by a subtle sweet floral aroma that lingers. Yunhang No. 10 black tea retains its distinctive fragrance and flavor even after multiple infusions, making it ideal for prolonged enjoyment. Additionally, it is rich in beneficial components such as tea polyphenols, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals, which contribute to boosting immunity, promoting metabolism, and providing antioxidant benefits.
