  • Description

Yixing Black Tea is produced on the west bank of Taihu Lake, at the outlying ranges of the Tianmu Mountains. This area lies within the subtropical humid climate zone, boasting distinct four seasons and abundant rainfall, which provide excellent conditions for tea growth. With cold and dry winters and hot and rainy summers, such climatic characteristics are conducive to the growth of tea plants and the accumulation of nutrients.

The tea leaves of Yixing Black Tea are tightly - twisted, with a dark, lustrous color and visible white hairs, indicating its high - quality. After brewing, the tea soup is bright red, featuring a fresh and pure aroma. The taste is fresh, mellow, and sweet, and the tea leaves at the bottom of the cup are tender, red, and uniform. Moreover, Yixing Black Tea is rich in components like caffeine, tea polyphenols, catechins, amino acids, and various vitamins.
