Ripe Tea Extract is a premium type of Pu'er tea derived from the unique arbor large-leaf tea variety of Yunnan. It undergoes meticulous processing and fermentation, followed by a special technique to separate the fibrous material from the tea juice. The obtained tea juice then undergoes further deep processing, ultimately condensing into a solid instant tea.
Ripe Tea Extract has a dark and lustrous color, and when brewed, the tea liquor exhibits a gemstone-red hue. Its taste is mellow, thick, and smooth, with a soft and lingering sweetness.
During the brewing process, Ripe Tea Extract mainly exists in two forms: block and crystalline. The only difference between the two is their shape; both are made from refined tea extract through processes such as molding or grinding. The crystalline form of tea extract can dissolve quickly, making it suitable for daily brewing and consumption. On the other hand, block tea extract is more appropriate for boiling at home. Both forms are tea essences concentrated through special processes. Additionally, it contains abundant pectin substances, which have the effects of nourishing and protecting the stomach. It also offers various health benefits such as alcohol detoxification, liver protection, aiding digestion, resolving phlegm, clearing the stomach, and stimulating saliva production.
