Jin Guanyin, also known as Mingke No.1, is grown in mountainous areas with an altitude of 800 to 1,500 meters in Fujian and the border region between Fujian and Zhejiang. The annual rainfall in these areas ranges from 1,700 to 2,200 millimeters. The region is characterized by strong sunshine, a humid environment, and acidic soil with good aeration and drainage.
Jin Guanyin tea is renowned for its fresh and fragrant taste, with a sweet flavor reminiscent of mushrooms and dried fruits. The tea liquor appears pale yellow, boasting a rich and mellow aroma, accompanied by subtle notes of milk and floral nectar, yet tinged with a hint of bitterness, making for a complex and satisfying flavor profile. Jin Guanyin tea is abundant in nutrients such as tea polyphenols, caffeine, amino acids, as well as various vitamins and minerals, all of which exert positive effects on the human body.
